Sovereign in Periemnopause was born from my own descent and rebirth through perimenopause.
During a series of life-shaking initiations, I was forced out of survival mode and into a deeper relationship with my body, emotions, and feminine wisdom. What looked like chaos became a powerful rite of passage, one that stripped away old identities and awakened the Sovereign Woman within me.
I learned that perimenopause isn’t a breakdown.
It’s a breakthrough.
Women aren’t “losing themselves” they’re shedding the parts that were never truly theirs.
They need support that honours the body, validates the emotions, and awakens intuition, not more pushing, numbing, or striving to stay balanced.
Today, I guide women through this sacred transition.
I help them reconnect with their body as a compass, their emotions as teachers, and their feminine power as the foundation of their next chapter.
Perimenopause is not an ending.
It is the beginning of becoming who you were always meant to be.

For our sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket, and some water to stay hydrated. Depending on your personalized plan, yoga props like blocks or a strap may also be helpful. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything. I'll guide you on how to make it work with what you have at home. Comfort and ease are key.
Yes, absolutely. Your journey is unique, and I’ll be supporting you every step of the way. Together, we’ll regularly check in on how you're feeling, physically, emotionally, and energetically, and adjust the sessions as needed. This ensures the work stays aligned with your needs and that you can really see and feel your growth over the 8 weeks.

We begin with a one-on-one consultation, during which we explore what you’re experiencing physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I create a personalised journey of seven sessions designed to support you. Each session draws from a range of holistic practices. The order of the sessions is completely tailored to you, based on what your body and energy need most.
The practices I offer are gentle, holistic, and supportive by nature. They are designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and restore balance. Most women leave sessions feeling more relaxed, grounded, and connected to themselves. That said, because we work on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, it’s natural for some feelings or memories to surface as part of the healing process. The protocol is gentle, holistic, and deeply adaptable, making it suitable for most women, including those new to these practices. Yes, it is safe to follow the Sovereign in Perimenopause protocol if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or following a natural approach. The protocol is designed to support women through transitional phases and can complement both conventional and holistic methods.
