Certified Teacher
I'm a yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training. I'm a 500-hour certified Hatha Yoga Teacher with Yoga Therapy Ireland, and I have an additional certification in
Yoga for the Stages of Menopause with Yinstinct Yoga.

My journey with inner work and training began over 20 years ago. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in a wide range of healing modalities, combining ancient wisdom with modern practices to support women in meaningful, lasting ways.
