My Story
Over 20 years ago, I faced a significant decision and chose to leave everything behind to begin a new life.
When I arrived in Ireland, I immersed myself in various holistic and spiritual practices, including holistic massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, different Reiki systems, angelic healing modalities, tantra, sacred sexuality, shamanic initiations, heart medicine and more. My teachings and services are the culmination of years of learning, healing, and personal experience, all delivered from the heart and guided by divine inspiration.
Now, I am working with women moving through the sacred passage of perimenopause, because I want to help them experience the Freedom to be who they are.
