We start with a powerful free consultation. We’ll explore where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically and discuss your current challenges, goals, and needs. From this deep, holistic understanding, I’ll create a personalised 8-week program just for you. I'll choose the right combination of practices and sessions to support your transformation.
2. Bespoke Yoga Session
This is a personalised one-to-one yoga session tailored to your needs. It'll help you connect with your body, breath, and inner peace. If you're looking to relieve tension, build strength, or restore balance, this session meets you where you are, supporting your physical and emotional well-being.
3. Mini Meditation Masterclass
A personalised 1-to-1 meditation session to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and find a sense of inner peace. If you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session helps you restore balance to body, energy and mind (with variations and alternatives depending on your needs).
4. Thought Field Therapy
A one-to-one TFT session to help you release emotional blocks, reduce anxiety, reduce pain and shift limiting beliefs by tapping on specific energy points in the body. This effective method helps clear out the negative emotions that may hold you back, bringing greater clarity, calm, and a sense of emotional freedom.
5. Hands on Energy Healing
My Energy Healing sessions are a gentle and holistic way of supporting your body, mind, and emotions. I may draw from different modalities like Reiki, and Angelic Healing. This healing session is guided by what your body and soul need in the moment, to restore balance and bring relief.
7. Womb Blessing Ceremony

Hi, I'm Michela.
I help women thrive in Perimenopause through a unique blend of yoga, energy healing, meditation, holistic therapies, rituals and feminine embodiment practices. My teachings and services are grounded in more than 20 years of learning, healing, and personal experience, and they are all delivered from the heart.
I work with women moving through perimenopause because I want them to thrive, not just survive, so that they can experience the Freedom to be who they are.
This work is also about reclaiming your vitality, strength, voice, and power, with love, support, and compassion.
Over 20 years ago, I faced a significant decision and chose to leave everything behind to begin a new life.
When I arrived in Ireland, I immersed myself in various holistic and spiritual practices such as holistic massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, different reiki systems, angelic healing modalities, tantra, sacred sexuality, shamanic initiations and more.
My teachings and services are the result of years of learning, healing, and personal inner work. They are all delivered from the heart and guided by divine inspiration.

This journey can be experienced either online or in person, depending on what suits you best. We can meet in a quiet, nurturing space or connect from the comfort of your home. The support, depth, and transformation remain just as powerful.
For our sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket, and some water to stay hydrated. Depending on your personalized plan, yoga props like blocks or a strap may also be helpful. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything. I'll guide you on how to make it work with what you have at home. Comfort and ease are key.
Yes, absolutely. Your journey is unique, and I’ll be supporting you every step of the way. Together, we’ll regularly check in on how you're feeling, physically, emotionally, and energetically, and adjust the sessions as needed. This ensures the work stays aligned with your needs and that you can really see and feel your growth over the 8 weeks.

We begin with a one-on-one consultation, during which we explore what you’re experiencing physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I create a personalised journey of seven sessions designed to support you. Each session draws from a range of holistic practices. The order of the sessions is completely tailored to you, based on what your body and energy need most.
The practices I offer are gentle, holistic, and supportive by nature. They are designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and restore balance. Most women leave sessions feeling more relaxed, grounded, and connected to themselves. That said, because we work on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, it’s natural for some feelings or memories to surface as part of the healing process. This is part of the body’s way of releasing and rebalancing. I always hold space for you with care and compassion, and we move at a safe and supportive pace.
Thrive in Transition is designed with love and care for women moving through perimenopause, but the truth is that every woman’s experience is unique. The protocol is gentle, holistic, and deeply adaptable, making it suitable for most women, including those new to these practices. Physical symptoms, emotional shifts, or simply feeling the call to reconnect with yourself? This journey can meet you where you are. That said, during our initial consultation, we’ll explore your needs, health history, and personal preferences to ensure everything I offer supports you safely and respectfully.
Every woman’s journey is different. Some women feel a shift after the first session, while the transformation unfolds more gently for others over time. Because this protocol works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, the results can show up in many ways: improved sleep, emotional release, more energy, a deeper sense of calm, reconnection to your body, or simply feeling more like yourself again. You may notice subtle changes after each session, with deeper, more lasting transformation building across the 7-session journey. We move at your pace, in a space that honours your rhythm and needs.
Yes, it is safe to follow the Thrive in Transition protocol whether you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or following a natural approach. The protocol is designed to support women through transitional phases and can complement both conventional and holistic methods.
