I have had the pleasure of undertaking two terms of yoga sessions with Michela. Michela is a very knowledgeable, calm and patient teacher. She allows students to partake to their own capabilities suggesting alternative ways of doing poses if lacking in experience of yoga. The class atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.
I find my core strength, flexibility and feelings of well-being have improved greatly with the classes. I have no hesitation in recommending her classes to anyone interested in taking yoga classes, whether a beginner or more experienced.
