Womb Heart Connection
Women's Workshop

This is a 2 hour workshop on the Heart Womb Connection. We'll work with Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditations.

No prior yoga experience is needed to attend this class.

Did you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, there's a channel that connects your heart to your uterus? These two centres are deeply connected on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

In this 2 hour workshop, we'll work with our energy body and physical body to reconnect them in a beautiful and balanced way and to remember the Creative Force of Love.
