5 minutes to reconnect

It takes 5 minutes to connect with your Heart!

Today, I am sharing a small practice you can do at any time during the day. It is easy and powerful, and if you do this every day, by the end of the month, you’ll be able to stay in meditation longer.

This practice connects you with your energy and helps you to stay centred, focused, and grounded.

Throughout the day, every 3 or 4 hours:

· Stop what you are doing

· Place a hand on your heart

· Feel the hand on your Heart

· Breath slowly and deeply three times, counting your inhale and exhale

· After the third breath, feel the touch of your hand on your heart again

· And stay in this moment for as long as you can

When a thought comes to mind, breathe slowly and deeply and count your breaths again:

After the 3rd breath feel the touch of your hand on your chest and stay in this moment.

When a thought comes to mind, observe; do not judge or engage.

Repeat the same process:

Three deep, slow breaths, count your breaths, feel the touch of your hand on your heart and stay still.

Do this every 3 or 4 hours throughout your day for as long as you can or feel.

Notice the difference at the end of your day before you fall asleep and when you wake up.
