What are focused healing techniques?
They are specific healing tools that I use to help people overcome particular issues. I have been on a healing path for many years and I gathered precious knowledge and wisdom from teachers and guides.
I have experienced these techniques on my personal journey and I offer them because I know they work. I have been working with two specific imbalances that can have a serious detrimental effect on the lives of people affected by them, and I want to work with these issues because it is a subject close to my heart. Having witnessed and experienced first hand the power of these tools, I have decided to focus on working with people that are experiencing:
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)
Severe Social Anxiety.
How does it work?
You can book an appointment with me. On our first session we'll discuss what the issue is, and how we can work together to overcome it. We'll meet for several sessions (number of sessions varies from person to person) to address the energy we want to overcome/heal. Every session is held in a safe and nurturing energy and I do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
